Payment
IMPORTING/EXPORTING – prepayment by wire transfer, or COD (Cashier’s check or Money Order). Net terms will only be extended upon credit check and approval (Credit application). No personal checks or company checks accepted.

Shipping
According to shipper or customer’s instructions as to method of shipment. All freight charges, custom duties, bonds, insurance, liability, trucking/warehouse charges, any additional storage or demurrage including standard handling charges and fees shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranties
Mutual Trust Logistics  and its agents make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, for any products shipped by the customer. In no event is liability assumed for any extensive or incidental damages ensuing from POINT OF ORIGIN to POINT OF DESTINATION.

Abandoning Cargo
Refusal to accept shipment (abandoning Cargo) because of country-specific duties, import taxes, storage, or G.O. charges does not lessen a customer’s obligation or liability of the shipping costs and the 15% handling charge (min $50.00).
